  • Preheat the Oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pizza crust on the lined baking tray.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, 1/3 of a bunch of chopped thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the pizza crust and bake it in the oven. Bake the pizza as per the instructions. For me, it was about 10 minutes, or until the edges were golden brown and the pizza was bubbling.
  • While the pizza bakes, mix the ricotta cheese with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, the remaining thyme, salt, pepper, and honey with a mixer until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, make a salad with your favorite greens and a dressing made of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Once the pizza is ready, could you remove it from the oven? Wait a few minutes to cool the pizza before spreading the creamy ricotta mixture on top, then add the salad.
