Thai inspired Mango and Coriander salad
This salad goes well mainly as a side salad for the main Thai dishes. Only five ingredients make this salad outstanding in its taste. This salad couldn't be accomplished without coriander.

Begin by peeling and chopping the mangoes into bite-sized pieces. Similarly, finely slice the red onions and roughly chop the fresh coriander.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped mangoes, red onions, and coriander. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and drizzle with Thai fish sauce to taste. Adjust the saltiness to taste with the fish sauce; and acidity with lime.
Serve immediately or refrigerate the salad for an hour or two to allow the flavors to meld together and develop fully.
